With nearly 20 years combined experienced we are experts at finding the most talented and qualified construction candidates in the market.  We work closely with clients advising when relevant candidates become available, even if clients don’t have a specific resourcing need at that time.  Covering operations, commerical, preconstruction, technical and support staff from Assistant level to Director across the UK.


As well as our large database, we also source candidates from client referrals and industry contacts. Every candidate is interviewed personally, so we can really understand what their level of experience is and what is most important to them in their next career move. Freelance Staffing Solutions

A team of experienced consultants run our freelance division who are experts at placing people in temporary roles.  We have a network of high quality freelance and contract staff who offer fast and flexible solutions to meet our clients’ most pressing resourcing challenges. 


A large number of freelancers have worked for Atrium Group previously with a track record of successfully delivering for our clients. Our freelance candidates are treated in the same way as permanent candidates, with rigorous interviews, checks and referencing.

Executive Search

The majority of our work is delivered on a retained basis which we find is the most effective way of finding the strongest candidates in the market.  We also offer this as a long term partnership solution for companies looking to build new teams or even new business units.

Once we've met with our client and taken a detailed brief this process involves:

  • Detailed market mapping to identify target individual(s) for the long list who fulfil the brief.

  • Thorough headhunt process with all responses logged which our client can review.

  • Face to face interviews by one of our Associates to fully qualify the candidate and proceed to shortlist.

  • Face to face presentation of shortlist to the client to discuss CVs and arrange interviews.

  • Interview coordination, offer management and closing and associated candidate aftercare.
